This role offers the opportunity to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles and commercial equipment, ranging from light-duty vehicles to heavy-duty applications. This is a hands-on position suited for an experienced technician who can work independently, diagnose issues effectively, and complete quality repairs. You do not need to be a master technician or have experience with every type of equipment we service; however, this is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have enough practical, hands-on experience to contribute quickly and confidently.

Compensation & Schedule:

$31.00 - $40.00/hour based on experience and qualifications Medical, Dental, Vision coverage for technician & family 80 to 120 hours

Previous experience as an automotive, fleet, diesel, or commercial vehicle technician, with strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities. Independently diagnose and repair common mechanical and electrical systems. Perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on brakes, steering, engines, transmissions, clutches, wheel bearings, and other vehicle systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues and related vehicle systems. Complete work orders and maintain clear, accurate service documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all required safety and PPE procedures. Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship. Communicate professionally with team members and management. Work effectively as part of a team while being comfortable working independently.
