It is essential that our equipment operates safely and efficiently. Alpha Transport Inc. possesses the capability to conduct maintenance and repairs for our fleet efficiently across all our markets. Alpha Transport Inc. is looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, safe, and quality oriented Truck and Trailer Mechanic. This mobile mechanic will be responsible for a broad range of maintenance and repairs on our equipment. Responsibilities, are but not limited to: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment Preventive maintenance on trucks, trailers, and equipment Major and minor repairs Air and electrical system troubleshooting and repairs Minor diesel engine repairs Suspension, brake systems and component repairs Tire maintenance Maintain clean and organized work area Must be willing to travel between markets Perform other related duties as required or assigned

Must be 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Clean driving record Basic computer skills Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified diesel mechanic Must own tools DOT certified

Preferred:
