Join a family-owned company where your skills matter. Centerline Drilling is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment & Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently. Family-owned company Steady year-round work Approximately 10 hours of overtime available each week Competitive pay based on experience Variety of equipment including trucks, trailers, drilling rigs, and heavy construction equipment Primarily shop-based work with occasional field service Health, Dental & Vision Insurance PTO What You'll Do Diagnose, repair and maintain Ford fleet vehicles, trailers, drilling rigs and heavy construction equipment Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot hydraulic, diesel, electrical and electronic systems Complete field service repairs when necessary Document repairs and communicate equipment status Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment What We're Looking For Experience repairing diesel trucks and/or heavy equipment Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic systems Ability to work independently Safety-minded with a strong work ethic Willing to travel occasionally to job sites Must provide and maintain personal tools Must pass a pre-employment MVR and drug test Preferred Qualifications Welding and fabrication experience Experience with electronically controlled equipment CDL or willingness to obtain one Experience in drilling, civil construction or heavy equipment industries Work Environment This position is primarily based in our Prineville shop with occasional travel to job sites. Work includes lifting, climbing, bending and working both indoors and outdoors.
