Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics with strong knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks, trailers, and machinery. Skilled in preventive maintenance, engine and drivetrain repairs, hydraulic systems, electrical diagnostics, brake systems, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Able to read service manuals and schematics, use diagnostic equipment, and perform repairs safely and efficiently. In shop and roadside assistance. Duties Perform inspections, PMs, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems across various heavy equipment types. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, suspension adjustments. Provide roadside emergency service. Qualifications Proven experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic or in a similar role within a dealership or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, air brakes, electrical systems, etc. Experience with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics. CDL PA state inspection license Experience with air brake systems Valid certifications related to diesel mechanics or heavy truck repair are preferred; relevant training in electrical systems or welding is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
