SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE

3+ years of experience in a professional repair facility Diesel experience strongly preferred ... Powerstroke, Cummins, or Duramax knowledge is a real plus Comfortable with service work , inspections, brakes, R&R transmissions, and tire work Pennsylvania State Inspection license is a plus. .. but not a dealbreaker You show up on time , do the work right, and don't need someone standing over your shoulder You're honest, reliable , and take pride in what you do You fit in a conservative , family-oriented workplace where character matters as much as skill Valid driver's license and your own tools NOW… this isn't the right fit if you need constant hand-holding, bring drama into the shop, or cut corners when nobody's looking.
