Looking for Automotive/Heavy Truck Mechanics to operate service trucks in the Central Arkansas area. The mobile mechanic will provide passenger emergency roadside assistance and commercial energy roadside service to get our customers back on the road! The mechanic will be on call 24/7 for the duration of your shift. Qualifications & Responsibilities Must be able to perform vehicle repairs without oversight Must be knowledgeable on DEF systems Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment Respond to emergency roadside service requests promptly Roadside service tasks include but are not limited to: Tire repair and replacement, Battery jump start, Lock out assistance, Fuel delivery, Towing Service, etc. Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards Ensure that all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturers specifications and guidelines Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition Assist with preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including brakes, suspensions, drive trains, transmissions, and other repairs Ensure work orders are completed accurately Assist with road calls and emergency services as necessary Benefits We offer: competitive hourly pay 401(k) paid holiday/vacation top-notch equipment .
