Duties & Responsibilities Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel-powered commercial vehicles and equipment. Diagnose and repair air brakes, injectors, HVAC systems, clutches, hydraulics, transmissions, electrical components, and related mechanical systems. Service and repair heavy equipment, including forklifts and cranes, according to OEM specifications. Use computerized diagnostic tools and testing procedures to identify issues and confirm completed repairs. Maintain accurate service records, including repairs completed, parts used, and labor time. Coordinate with team members to complete repairs efficiently while following safe work practices.
Requirements Required:
Proven hands-on experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines. Strong troubleshooting skills across air brake, hydraulic, transmission, HVAC, electrical, fuel injection, and clutch systems. Ability to use computerized diagnostic tools and testing procedures. Hands-on experience repairing forklifts, cranes, or other heavy equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate machinery safely. Dependable work habits, accurate documentation skills, and ability to work effectively with a repair team.
Preferred:
Familiarity with OEM repair standards and service procedures. #SJ1
Compensation:
$35.00 - $45.00/hour starting pay based on experience, certifications, and training

Paid Time Off Shifts:
Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime available and paid after 40 hours per week Half-day Saturdays as needed
