Independent Mobile Diesel Mechanic / Service Partner East Coast Fleet Maintenance is expanding our network of independent mobile service partners in the Charleston-area market. We provide established fleet customers and dispatch available service calls to qualified partners.

You must have your own service truck with an air compressor and the tools necessary to perform mobile commercial fleet repairs. Compensation $85 per labor hour $0.75 per mile Paid promptly for completed satisfactory work No set weekly hours or guaranteed number of jobs Accept available jobs that fit your schedule Typical Work DOT inspections and fleet maintenance Brakes Lights and electrical repairs Trailer repairs Preventive maintenance General mobile commercial truck and trailer repair Requirements Own service truck with air compressor Own necessary tools and equipment Commercial truck/trailer repair experience Valid driver's license Ability to provide W-9 $1,000,000 liability insurance naming East Coast Fleet Maintenance as certificate holder, or ability to obtain it before receiving assignments Reliable communication and professional customer service This is an independent contractor/service-partner opportunity, not an employee position. Service partners maintain their own business, equipment, insurance and availability. East Coast Fleet Maintenance has served commercial fleet customers in the Charleston area for more than 10 years. We're looking for reliable service partners who want additional work without having to find every customer themselves or spend their own money advertising for those jobs.

Pay:

$85.00 - $110.00 per hour
