Sign-on Bonus offered:

Paid in 3 installments. $1000 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months.

Qualifications needed:

1) 5+ years experience in the mechanical field, not all 5 years need to be working on diesel, but must have experience working on diesel engines. 2) Cummins engine, Alison Transmission. - Having Cummins insight experience using a laptop is a plus. 3) Needs to have their own tools/toolbox and a dependable way to get to work. - must have own set of tools on day one Pay is commensurate with your experience. At a minimum, applicants should have basic experience/knowledge regarding general vehicle maintenance. Diesel and heavy truck experience is a plus, and on-the-job training is available for those who show interest in learning more. Even if you have limited experience in some of the areas listed below, it is worth a conversation on how we can move forward together. Some of the different types of equipment worked on include jockey trucks, over-the-road trucks, trailers, forklifts, and automobiles. So, there is sure to be something you would enjoy working on!

You must:

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Be able to obtain a TWIC card.

Hours:

North Charleston, SC:

Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 10:30pm Ports never stop, Rain or shine. Only closed on Labor Day and Christmas Day. All other Holidays will be paid 8 extra hours if they are working.
