Pal Pro Fleet Services is hiring an experienced Master Diesel Technician / A-Level Mechanic for an immediate opening. We are looking for a highly skilled technician with strong heavy duty truck and equipment repair experience, proper tools, advanced diagnostic ability, and hands-on experience with OEM software such as DiagnosticLink and Cummins INSITE. This is a leadership-track role with room to grow into foreman or management as the company expands. This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and grow into a lead technician, shop foreman, or management role as the company expands. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heavy duty diesel trucks , fleet vehicles, and machinery Perform both mobile/on-site repairs and shop-based repairs Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, drivability, hydraulic, brake, suspension, engine, and aftertreatment systems Use OEM software and professional scan tools to perform accurate diagnostics Complete repairs efficiently and correctly with minimal supervision Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly Maintain professionalism while representing the company on customer job sites Support shop organization, workflow, and overall repair quality Help lead by example and assist in mentoring future team members Required Qualifications Proven experience as an A-Level Diesel Technician , Master Technician , or equivalent high-level mechanic Strong background in heavy duty truck repair Experience with heavy machinery , construction equipment , or related equipment repair preferred Must own a complete set of professional tools Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with DiagnosticLink , Cummins INSITE , and other OEM diagnostic software Ability to work independently in both mobile and shop environments Valid driver's license Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications ASE certifications , OEM certifications, or other industry credentials CDL is a plus Previous leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience is a plus Experience mentoring or helping manage other technicians is a plus Compensation & Benefits Up to $50/hour Medical Benefits Paid lunch Uniforms provided PTO after vetted time Opportunity for advancement into shop foreman or management Opportunity to join a growing company early and help shape its future Additional benefits and growth opportunities are expected to expand as the company grows About Pal Pro Fleet Services Pal Pro Fleet Services is a growing diesel repair company serving the Charleston area through mobile service and shop support .
