Cor-Bits has created a strong foothold in the Memphis, TN and Jackson, MS area in the way our jobs are performed and how our work is organized.

Job Functions:

Main job functions - diagnose and repair both in house fleet/shop, small equipment and field related equipment such as construction concrete cutting equipment and vehicles/vans/trailers. Oversee and maintain inventory and supplies. Reliability and attendance. Maintain a safe, clean and organized shop area. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to time manage and prioritize. Support and work collaboratively as a team in accomplishing projects/tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

Not an entry level. Must have experience in working with diesel equipment and vans. Knowledge of proper use of tools, equipment, and supplies. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), walk and stand for long periods of time. Solution oriented, motivated, and efficient, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. Can work safely, work as a team or independently with strong communication skills. Must pass drug/alcohol screens - drug screens will be requested at random. Valid driver's license.

Availability:

Monday-Friday with flexibility to be available on-call as needed. Flexible with start time of shift, required to work minimally 8 hours per shift.
