Responsibilities Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to Ford and dealership standards Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools to identify repair needs Test-drive vehicles and evaluate component and system performance Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation Deliver efficient, high-quality work while maximizing productivity Qualifications Required 3-5+ years of professional automotive technician experience Valid Driver's License Strong diagnostic and repair skills Ability to work efficiently in a production-based environment Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Preferred Ford dealership experience Ford certifications Fleet service experience Manufacturer training and certifications Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting experience Ideal Candidate Customer-focused professional Competitive and performance-driven Coachable with a commitment to continuous learning Passionate about technology and automotive repair Dedicated to delivering quality workmanship Be Part of Something Big With a new Ford Pro Elite Facility , industry-leading training, strong workflow, and earning potential exceeding $150,000+ annually , there has never been a better time to join the Wyatt Johnson Ford team.
