Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing maintenance & repairs on heavy duty diesel trucks and trailers using our mobile service truck. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform on-site diagnosis and complete repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks and dry van trailers such as air and hydraulic brake repairs, drivetrain / driveline repairs, HVAC repairs, steering & suspension repairs, exhaust repairs, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, engine diagnostics and repairs, inspections, plus other duties as assigned. Service and repairs will be performed at different locations around the Jackson TN area using the company service truck Perform annual inspections on trucks and trailers Must adhere to safety guidelines
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1 or more years of diesel truck maintenance and repair experience required Ability to be efficient & productive with minimal supervision Must possess driver's license and a good driving record •Pay will depend on experience. Summary As a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic - Service Truck, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Reporting to the Service Manager, your core skills in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance will be essential in ensuring optimal performance and safety.
