You should have 1 year experience maintaining construction equipment or graduation from an accredited technical institute. Demonstrated basic maintenance understanding of diesel engines, electrical fundamentals, hydraulic fundamentals, gas engines, and drivetrains. Basic understanding of schematics, computer diagnostic software, and welding methods. High quality control. Respect your work and make it known.
