Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and independent Mobile Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician to service and repair our growing commercial fleet customers. In this role, you will act as a mobile diagnostic and repair expert—working on-site at various customer locations across the North Texas Region. If you thrive in an autonomous work environment and have a passion for diesel and gas engine diagnostics, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do Mobile Diagnostics & Repairs:
Travel to customer and company sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of light, medium, and heavy-duty fleet vehicles.
Preventative Maintenance:
Conduct routine oil changes, tire rotations, brake and suspension inspections, and electrical system diagnostics.
Service Truck Management:
Keep your fully equipped mobile service vehicle organized, track parts inventory, and manage daily work orders electronically.
Safety First:
Ensure all repairs comply with DOT and company safety regulations.
Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with fleet managers and drivers to explain repairs and ETA.
What We're Looking For Experience:
2+ years of hands-on professional experience in diesel or fleet vehicle maintenance and repair. Certifications (Medium/Heavy Truck, Diesel Engine, or Auto Maintenance) are highly preferred.
Licensure:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Self-Starter:
The ability to work independently in the field without direct supervision.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and computerized engine diagnostic software.]
