Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing diesel engines on various vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Diagnose and repair engine malfunctions and issues
- Conduct brake repairs, suspension work, and air brake system maintenance
- Inspect and repair vehicle components such as shocks, struts, and suspensions
- Utilize hand tools to fabricate and repair parts as needed Experience
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair diesel engines efficiently
- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks including brake repairs, suspension work, and air brake systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
