DIESEL MECHANIC RW

Truck and Trailer Repair LLC - Odessa, Texas Starting pay: $34 and upwards base on verifiable experience RW Truck and Trailer Repair is looking for a highly qualified and experienced diesel mechanic who can confidently diagnose and complete major repairs on heavy-duty trucks, diesel engines, and trailers. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a dependable, well-rounded mechanic who can handle extensive repairs from diagnosis through completion with minimal supervision.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines
• Performing major engine repairs and component replacements
• Troubleshooting electrical, air, fuel, cooling, and hydraulic systems
• Repairing brakes, suspensions, steering systems, and drivetrains
• Repairing vacuum, flatbed, tanker, and other commercial trailers
• Diagnosing ABS and trailer electrical issues
• Performing preventive maintenance and DOT-related repairs
• Accurately documenting repairs, parts used, and completed work
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Qualified applicants should have:
• Proven heavy-duty diesel repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience completing major and extensive repairs
• Knowledge of commercial trucks and trailer systems
• Ability to work independently and complete repairs correctly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable attendance and a professional attitude
• A valid driver's license We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of minimizing equipment downtime, and does not need to be closely supervised to complete a repair properly.

Starting pay is $34 per hour. Compensation may be evaluated based on demonstrated experience, qualifications, and capabilities.
