What You'll Be Working On This is an experienced technician position—not an entry-level or apprentice role. We're looking for a technician who can confidently diagnose and repair vehicles, handle more involved mechanical and electrical work, and work independently. Our diverse workload provides plenty of opportunities to take on challenging repairs and continue expanding your skills.

Our technicians handle:

Electrical and drivability diagnostics Engine and drivetrain diagnostics Alignment and chassis diagnosis Brake, steering, and suspension repairs Fuel system diagnostics and repair Cooling system and HVAC repairs Light

• and medium-duty diesel diagnostics and repairs Major engine repairs Engine and transmission replacements Programming-related repairs Routine maintenance and factory-scheduled services Comprehensive digital vehicle inspections We have the equipment, diagnostic information, and shop support needed to properly diagnose and repair today's vehicles.

Who We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced technician who: Has 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience Has A/B-Level Technician capabilities Has Diesel mechanical and diagnostic experience Has strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills Is comfortable using modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment Can diagnose the root cause of a vehicle concern

• Not guestimate parts until fixed Can perform involved repairs Has suspension, steering, tire, and alignment experience Can work independently and manage time effectively Takes pride in quality workmanship Pays attention to detail Has professional tools Has a valid driver's license Is willing to work on a variety of makes, models, and repair types Preferred, But Not Required Virginia State Safety Inspector License ASE certifications Manufacturer-specific training or certifications Welding/fabrication experience Thinking About Making a Change?
