  • Diesel Technician II - Williston, VT Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Weekly Pay + Monthly Bonuses Are you a mid-level Diesel Technician looking for more than just a paycheck?
Do you enjoy solving mechanical problems, growing your skills, and being part of a team that values your experience? FleetPride is hiring a Diesel Technician II in Williston, VT! This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who wants to work on a wide variety of heavy-duty trucks and trailers while continuing to grow their technical skills. You'll have the opportunity to take on challenging repairs, assist other technicians, and become a valuable technical resource within the shop. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a team. The ideal candidate will also be willing to assist with Mobile Service calls when needed.
  • What We Offer Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Weekly Pay Monthly Productivity Bonuses Day One Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays Vacation & Sick Time Annual Boot Allowance Matco Tool Program FleetPride Tech University - Paid Training Company-Paid Prescription Safety Glasses Free Uniforms Annual Raises Career Advancement Opportunities Nationwide •What You'll Do You'll work on a wide variety of heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs, including: Preventative maintenance & DOT inspections Aftertreatment diagnostics and repairs Engine diagnostics and repairs Transmission and clutch repairs Advanced electrical diagnostics and schematics Air brake and air system diagnostics Steering, suspension and alignment repairs Drivetrain and differential repairs Cooling systems and A/C diagnostics Mobile service and field repairs Additional mechanical and trailer repairs as needed • What We're Looking For 3+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to assist and mentor less-experienced technicians Willingness to assist with Mobile Service when needed Own tools and toolbox required Valid driver's license CDL is a plus, but not required •Why FleetPride?
