DIESEL TECHNICIAN III - WILLISTON, VT

FleetPride is looking for a Diesel Technician III to join our Williston, VT team! This is an advanced-level technician position for someone who can confidently diagnose and repair a wide variety of heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You'll have the opportunity to tackle challenging repairs, help coach other technicians, and work with a team that values quality, safety, and getting the job done right.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Diesel Technician III, you'll work on nearly anything that comes through the door , including: Advanced electrical diagnostics & schematics Engine diagnostics, repairs & in-frame rebuilds Aftertreatment systems Transmissions & clutches Differentials & driveline repairs Air brake systems Wheel-end repairs Steering, suspension & alignment Cooling systems A/C diagnostics & repairs PM services & DOT inspections Air systems Starting & charging systems Truck & trailer repairs And everything in between!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of heavy-duty truck/trailer repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Willingness to coach and assist other technicians Strong communication skills with service managers, service writers, and customers Commitment to quality and safe work practices Own tools and toolbox Valid driver's license CDL is a plus, but not required
