What's In It for You Join Bryson Sales & Service of WA, Inc. , a small, family-oriented company looking for an experienced dealership mechanic who can step in and contribute right away. $25-$30 per hour , based on experience Full-time, consistent Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule No diesel experience required Generous company holiday schedule , including: New Year's Day Martin Luther King Jr. Day Presidents' Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Veterans' Day Thanksgiving Black Friday Christmas Eve Christmas New Year's Eve Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunity to expand your skills and grow with the company We're looking for an experienced Dealership Mechanic / Service Technician with 2-5+ years of hands-on experience to join our Pasco team. You do not need to be a diesel mechanic. We're looking for someone with a strong mechanical background who is comfortable diagnosing problems, completing repairs, and working independently. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical issues Perform routine maintenance and service work Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Inspect equipment and identify needed repairs Keep accurate records of work performed Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with the Service team to keep jobs moving What We're Looking For 2-5+ years of professional mechanic/technician experience Dealership or professional service shop experience preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Comfortable with shop tools and diagnostic equipment Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently Dependable with good attendance Valid driver's license Diesel experience is not required Automotive dealership, RV, equipment, fleet, marine, or similar service experience is a plus. Schedule & Pay Full-Time | In Person Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Pasco, Washington $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience
