In this vital role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues across a diverse range of equipment, performing necessary repairs, and scheduling maintenance work to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responding to service requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner that aligns with the department's objectives and the company's commitment to excellence. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in construction equipment Perform repairs and conduct maintenance work on various types of machinery Schedule and manage maintenance tasks based on customer requirements Ensure all service actions meet or exceed departmental objectives and standards Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to service requests Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Must have good driving record Adhere to McCurley Dealerships, Safety & Environmental policies Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Dealership products Maintain own tools Competencies Accuracy- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
