Diesel Technician — Hourly Pay, Benefits & Shared Profit Bonus Tired of flat rate, unrealistic warranty times, and never knowing what your paycheck will look like? Dynamic Diesel is looking for an experienced diesel technician to join our established, independent repair shop in Snohomish. Our technicians are paid hourly—not flat rate . You will be paid for the time you are at work, including the time it takes to properly diagnose and repair a vehicle. We also offer a shared profit bonus every six months , giving our team the opportunity to benefit from the success they help create. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience No flat-rate pay system Shared shop profit bonus every six months Medical, dental, and vision insurance paid 100% for the employee Paid holidays and vacation Monday-Friday schedule No weekends Well-established shop with over 30 years in business A team that values quality repairs over rushing vehicles out the door What We Work On We specialize in light- and medium-duty diesel pickups, including: Ford Power Stroke Ram Cummins Chevrolet and GMC Duramax We do not work on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or Jeep EcoDiesels. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a dependable technician who: Has professional automotive or diesel repair experience Can diagnose and complete repairs accurately Takes pride in producing quality work Communicates well with the rest of the team Is willing to continue learning Understands that productivity and quality both matter Diesel experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to an experienced automotive technician who has a solid foundation and wants to expand into diesel repair.
