We need someone who can diagnose problems, make repairs correctly, and help keep our trucks safe and on the road. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for someone with solid hands-on diesel mechanic experience who is comfortable working independently and troubleshooting a variety of mechanical issues.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems Perform preventative maintenance and routine services Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, and suspension issues Perform repairs on light-, medium-, and heavy-duty tow trucks Identify safety or mechanical issues before they become major repairs Keep accurate records of maintenance and completed repairs Communicate with owners and drivers regarding truck condition and needed repairs Help prioritize repairs to minimize fleet downtime

Qualifications:

Previous professional diesel mechanic experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with commercial trucks, towing equipment, or heavy-duty vehicles strongly preferred Ability to work independently and complete repairs efficiently Dependable and able to follow through on assigned repairs Valid driver's license Must take pride in doing the job correctly and safely Tools are provided — you are not required to bring your own tools.
