Butler, WI Shift:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Why Join Interstate Power Systems? What You'll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy-duty diesel trucks and/or equipment. Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, brakes, inspections, etc.) Repair/replace major components including engines, transmissions, turbos, and differentials Use diagnostic software (Cummins Insite, Detroit Diagnostic Link, OEM tools) Complete service documentation for repairs, parts, and compliance Communicate repairs and recommendations to customers and internal teams Follow all safety standards (OSHA, DOT, company protocols) Maintain tools and equipment for daily operations
What We're Looking For Experience:
2+ years working on diesel trucks or heavy equipment Strong mechanical aptitude with diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals Experience with OEM diagnostic tools preferred Basic welding/fabrication a plus Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in shop conditions
