This is a hands-on role in a laid-back, collaborative environment where you'll have autonomy, mentorship opportunities, and exposure to diverse repair work—from engine rebuilds to hydraulics and specialty equipment. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing heavy trucks, diesel engines, and/or heavy equipment. Mechanics with strong capabilities in diesel engines, diagnostics, electrical, and hydraulic systems will be required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are required. Experience with diagnostic software (CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, Tech Tool, etc.). A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required. Experience with vocational trucks or specialty equipment is an asset. ASE or OEM certifications Background in hydraulics, electrical, or engine work

Compensation & Benefits Wages:

Hours Schedule:

Monday–Thursday 7am–5pm Friday 7am–3:30pm

Overtime:

Single-shift, shop-based work only (no field service)
