Job Description

Lead Diesel Technician Butler, WI Pay Rate:
$29-$38 per hour
Shift:
1st Shift Monday- Friday Primary Duties Responsible for troubleshooting repairs and addressing issues, problems and discrepancies Perform diesel repairs and maintenance, complete shop projects and assignments as required or requested by management. Manage the day to day activity of the shop including inventory, supervision of employees and workload assignments. Complete required data entry, reporting and paperwork requirements. Assist and communicate with the Terminal Manager and Regional Maintenance Director to ensure safety, efficiency and to promote the growth and success of the operation. Lead and implement operational practices and policies to ensure compliance with governmental regulations, customer expectations and company standards Promote clean and safe working conditions Communicate and collaborate with vendors, other company terminals, departments and co-workers. Experience & Requirements Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient computer and typing skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook Valid driver's license Heavy duty-diesel mechanic experience Motivated to work independently and complete assignments All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
