Job Description
Job Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bus Fleet Technician located in Darllington, WI. The day-to-day tasks for this role include performing routine maintenance and repairs on a modern fleet of school buses, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and keeping detailed service records. The Bus Fleet Technician will also collaborate with team members to maintain the highest standards of vehicle safety and performance. Qualifications Experience in vehicle maintenance, mechanical diagnostics, and repairs Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Relevant certifications or training in automotive or bus mechanics is a plus Prior experience working with school buses or motor coaches is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent
