Job Description

Overview Edler Bros Trucking is looking for a dependable, motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our maintenance team on 2nd shift. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in keeping equipment running safely and reliably, and are looking for steady work with a good team, we'd like to hear from you. Whether you already have diesel mechanic experience or have built your skills as a service or lube technician and are ready to take the next step, this could be a great opportunity.
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
2:00 PM-11:00
PM Friday:
1:00 PM-5:00 PM Pay $25.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications 2nd
Shift Differential:
Earn an additional $1.00 per hour during qualifying 2nd-shift hours What You'll Do As part of our maintenance team, you'll help keep our trucks and trailers safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Perform preventative maintenance on diesel trucks and trailers Complete oil changes and lubrication services Mount, dismount, repair, and replace tires Inspect trucks and trailers and identify maintenance or repair needs Perform general service and maintenance duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work efficiently with the team to minimize downtime and keep equipment operating safely and reliably What We're Looking For 1-2 years of diesel mechanic, service technician, or lube technician experience preferred Experience with oil changes, tire service, and preventative maintenance Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Welding experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a shop environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable and able to work well as part of a team What We Offer At Edler Bros Trucking, we value dependable people and the work they do.
