Experienced Diesel / Fleet Ford Technician Earn Top Pay Up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Production Bonuses Griffin Ford - Waukesha, WI is expanding our Fleet and Commercial Truck Department and is looking for an experienced Ford Diesel / Fleet Technician to join our team. If you're an experienced diesel technician looking for a busy shop with steady work, excellent pay, and room to grow, we want to talk to you. What You'll Work On Ford Super Duty (F-250-F-750) Power Stroke diesel engines Commercial fleet vehicles Medium-duty trucks and chassis cabs Advanced diagnostics and electrical repair Engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake repairs Warranty and customer-pay work Compensation & Benefits $35-$60+ per flat-rate hour based on experience Up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on qualifications and experience) Monthly Production Bonus Plenty of work with a strong customer and fleet base Paid Ford factory training State-of-the-art equipment and diagnostic tools Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Uniforms provided Employee discounts Advancement opportunities Qualifications Ford dealership experience preferred Experience with Power Stroke diesel engines Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills ASE certifications are a plus Valid driver's license Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Why Griffin Ford?
