DIESEL MECHANIC SHOP BOSS
$100,000.00 PER
YEAR WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Sand trucks (heavy haul / frac sand fleet) Diesel tractors, trailers, and support equipment High-hour, hard-running oilfield equipment
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Run the shop day-to-day with full responsibility Diagnose and repair diesel trucks + heavy equipment Lead mechanics and keep hands moving — no downtime Prioritize repairs to keep loads hauling and revenue moving Handle breakdowns, problem units, and high-pressure situations Set the standard for quality, speed, and accountability
Job Requirements:
WHAT WE REQUIRE
5+ years diesel mechanic experience (non-negotiable) Strong experience with heavy equipment + truck fleets Proven ability to lead a crew and run a shop Ability to turn wrenches and manage people at the same time Self-starter — you don't wait, you take control
