The Technical Lead will drive innovation while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, ultimately contributing to the organization's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Standards For Harness Design And Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team. 2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Harness Engineering Techniques And Tools, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Productivity In Harness Routing And Assembly. 3. Ensure Process Compliance In Harness Design Methodologies And Participate In Technical Discussions To Assess Feasibility, Evaluate Technical Alternatives, And Identify Best Practices In Electro-Mechanical Packaging And Power Distribution. 4. Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Project Exposure And Risks, And Effectively Manage Project Escalations Through Proactive Communication And Resolution Strategies. Skill Requirements 1. Proficient Understanding Of Harness Design And Development Principles. 2. Solid Knowledge Of Electrical Cabling, Schematics, And 3D Routing Tools. 3. In-Depth Expertise In Power Distribution Systems And Electro-Mechanical Packaging. 4. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Provide Technical Insights And Recommendations.
