Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with completion of an electrical apprenticeship or technical training program. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with high-voltage electrical equipment in substations or related environment. Strong knowledge of electrical theory, substation equipment, and safety protocols. A strong proficiency with reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites within the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field. Certification as a Journeyman Electrician or equivalent industry certification.
