Our team exists to guarantee the comfort of our customers and the efficiency of their systems. This is mid-level position responsible for performing Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) of projects to fulfil that purpose in accordance with all NEBB standards while performing diversified duties as a TAB Technician. Responsibilities Inspect systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and to detect potential or existing malfunctions in system components. Testing and adjustment of air and hydronic systems, using specialized, company provided, equipment. Diagnose, Test, Adjust, and Balance system components to achieve optimal system performance. Investigate system and operational deficiencies to determine corrective actions. Read and interpret project mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment performance data to determine proper balancing techniques. Maintain proper documentation of daily activities using project specific reporting procedures. Pay attention to the details and ensure all Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing performed, as well as any issues discovered are addressed fully using clear verbiage and accompanied with supporting documentation.
