We're currently looking for a full-time Shop Technician to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. What You'll Do As a Shop Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our rental and customer equipment running smoothly and safely.
Your day-to-day will include:
Performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections Servicing and repairing hydraulic, AC, and DC electrical systems Ensuring equipment is ready for use and meets all safety standards Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Collaborating with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman Providing excellent service and support to our customers What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent, diesel experience 3-5 years of hands-on experience with hydraulic and electrical systems Technical training or factory certifications (preferred) Strong attention to detail and safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why You'll Love Working Here Family-owned culture with a strong sense of community Small team working together with a great sense of pride Consistent schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (or 5pm), Saturday morning rotation All PPE provided — safety is our priority Opportunities for growth, training, and development Physical Requirements This role involves standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
