Efficiently identify and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns. Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards. Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately. Perform vehicle inspections and recommend needed services. Maintain productivity and quality standards.
