Full Job Description Reconditioning Technician Location:

Schedule:

Monday - Friday and Hours can range between: 6:00am to 4:00pm Position Overview We are seeking a Reconditioning Technician to support repair and refurbishment operations. This position will focus on the cleaning, decontamination, preparation, reassembly, and packaging of mechanical and electrical subassemblies. The ideal candidate will have mechanical experience along with basic electrical, wiring, circuit board, and soldering knowledge. Responsibilities Work with technicians to clean, decontaminate, and prepare parts for reassembly Reassemble parts and prepare completed components for shipment Use common hand tools, sanders, drills, and other shop equipment Cut, strip, and connect electrical wires Perform basic soldering and electrical repairs Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues Enter time and parts information into Epicor Track parts and work performed Follow required safety procedures and PPE requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mechanical experience Basic knowledge of wiring and circuit board repair Basic soldering experience Ability to cut, strip, and connect electrical wires Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems Experience using common hand tools, drills, sanders, and similar equipment Electrical/circuitry knowledge is a plus Basic computer skills and ability to enter production/repair information Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. independently and safely Safety Requirements Must comply with required safety attire and PPE policies, including: Safety glasses Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes Ear plugs when required #INDBOI
