Come join our Rotorua based team of technicians and therapists working in wheelchair and seating provision with people of all ages and abilities. What we do makes a difference to how people are able to participate in everyday life! The technician role involves but is not limited to the following: Annual servicing of disability equipment such as wheelchairs, hoists, and hospital beds Repairs on a diverse range of wheelchairs and disability equipment Adjusting and modifying both manual and power wheelchairs to suit the client Fitting special seating supports alongside therapists Some minor fabrication work You'll be someone who thrives in a people focused role as you will be required to work independently in people's homes and in the wider community, not just in the workshop all day! You will need to be comfortable supporting clients who live across the Bay of Plenty region

• including up into Coromandel on occasion. You will be working with our clients to keep them moving and enable them to get the most out of their equipment. Excellent training and support is provided. What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga 2-3 years in a role where you've had hands-on mechanical/electrical experience
