We are looking for a dependable, skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities and experience servicing motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports vehicles. This is a full-time position for an experienced technician who takes pride in completing accurate, efficient repairs and providing quality workmanship. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs Complete engine, transmission, fuel system, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs Install accessories and complete manufacturer-recommended services Document repairs and labor accurately on repair orders Communicate needed repairs and parts requirements to the service team Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete repairs correctly and within established time frames Requirements Minimum of five years of technician or related mechanical experience Powersports or motorcycle repair experience strongly preferred Must provide personal tools appropriate for the position Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills Ability to read and follow service manuals and technical instructions Valid driver's license and clean driving record Motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required Must be able to safely move, lift, and work around motorcycles and powersports vehicles Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Compensation and Benefits Up to $35.00 per hour , depending on experience Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid vacation Sick leave Full-time schedule
