Salary Range $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 Description Safe TireAuto is locally owned and operated with more than 50 years in the industry, with a recent ownership change in March of 2022. Since acquiring, we are committed to bringing the family atmosphere back into our organization for both our teammates and guests. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, certified mechanic for a high-volume, full-service repair shop.
Qualifications:
Automotive knowledge Michigan State Certifications Must have own tools Good communication skills Leadership ability Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, 5 days 40 - 45 hours per week. Valid driver's license Our top paid Technicians earn well over $150,000 per year on our
UNCAPPED
commission program!!!
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough courtesy checks Communicate effectively with store leader and guests We offer medical, dental and vision insurances, the 1st of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Vacation 5 days after 180 days of employment, 2 weeks at 1 year work anniversary Paid holidays after 90 days of continuous employment. We are closed most if not all major holidays.
