- Renewables Tech I Technical or Associates Degree In Lieu of Technical or Associates degree / HS Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience Basic/ Required Qualifications
- Renewables Tech II Technical or Associates Degree One year of relevant experience In Lieu of Technical or Associates degree / HS Diploma or GED and 3 years related experience Basic / Required Qualifications
- Renewables Tech III Technical or Associates Degree Three years of relevant experience In Lieu of Technical or Associates degree / HS Diploma or GED and 3 years related experience Specific Requirements This position contains a weight restriction of 275 pounds as an essential function of the job.

Must successfully complete EEI's Plant Operator Selection System (POSS)/Power Plant Maintenance Selection System (MASS) Must successfully complete a Power Plant Physical Abilities Assessment Required to pass physical Valid driver's license Job-specific knowledge, skills or abilities: Strong Background in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Troubleshooting and repair, both AC and DC. Must possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively direct owner and contract company associates Must possess good oral and written communication skills Must be able to demonstrate problem solving ability Must be motivated to work independently Must have strong organization skills Must have experience using electrical test and measurement equipment Ability to troubleshoot from schematics Solid working knowledge of various measurement techniques desired Ability to troubleshoot and repair fiber optic networks to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers Additional Preferred Qualifications Must possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively direct owner and contract company associates Must possess good oral and written communication skills Must be able to demonstrate problem solving ability Must be motivated to work independently Must have strong organization skills Must have experience using electrical test and measurement equipment Ability to troubleshoot from schematics Solid working knowledge of various measurement techniques desired Must possess the ability to adapt to other crafts (i.e. mechanical, civil, etc.) Relevant experience with PV systems or equivalent PV training Previous experience working with inverters Experience with centralizedSCADNEMS
control systems and associated network devices Working knowledge of Power Distribution systems Electrical Design experience Maximo CMMS experience Experience with fiber optic networks Knowledge of National Electrical Code Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point) Knowledge of general safety and environmental practices Working Conditions Field Mobility Classification- Work will be performed in various field locations, as needed, after the onboarding period.
