Job Description

HRSG Division Manager United States (Travel Required) Up to $150,000 + Overtime + Per Diem + Benefits A specialist power generation services business is seeking an HRSG Division Manager to lead a team of technicians carrying out inspections and diagnostics on Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) and associated equipment. This role is ideal for an experienced power generation professional with a background in combined-cycle plants, HRSG operations and equipment reliability. You will provide technical support, oversee inspection activities and produce recommendations to help clients maintain critical power-generation assets. The position involves extensive travel, with increased overtime during Spring and Fall outage seasons. Travel expenses are covered, with overtime and per diem paid in addition to the base salary.
HRSG Division Manager Benefits:

The HRSG Division Manager Role:
Lead and train technicians performing HRSG inspections and diagnostics Support visual inspections and non-destructive examination (NDE) of HRSG pressure parts and auxiliary equipment Review RFQs and prepare technical proposals Analyse operating data to assess component performance and reliability Compile inspection findings and technical recommendation reports Assist with root cause failure analysis of HRSG components Provide technical consultation to power plant maintenance teams and engineers
HRSG Division Manager Requirements:
5+ years of HRSG or power utility experience preferred Experience with gas turbine combined-cycle power plants Knowledge of HRSG operations, metallurgy and steam/water impacts on components Understanding of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes, Sections I and VIII Strong analytical ability and mechanical aptitude Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Pay:
$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
