Job Summary We're looking for a skilled home technician to keep up with our growth in Northern Utah. We have a commitment to quality, short timelines and in keeping our cost at a reasonable level for our customers. Communication is key to being successful in this position. It is required that you communicate effectively with your team members and at times with the client. Customer needs must be understood to the minute detail and these needs must be relayed back to management for planning and job costing. Sales is a plus. Much of our business growth is due to the ability of our technicians to read the customers and the surroundings of the project and recognize opportunities for upselling without being pushy or aggressive. Opportunities for commissions on sales maybe available after your trial period. New hires will be working with technology, including smart phones, laptops, web applications, and etc. Our company documents, for our records and marketing purposes, all phases of the project. All projects require pictures before, during and after. And many of our clients require pictures and signed work orders to receive payment. Our technicians must be proficient and effective in providing this information on the job . Do not apply if this is not part of your skill set. Technician must have a set of reliable power/hand tools to complete projects given. It is understood that some project require special tools. These specialty tools will be provided by us. Do not apply if you don't have reliable tools. It is expected that the technician have a valid drivers license and a vehicle to haul their tools and job materials to the jobsite. Many projects require 4x8 sheeting and 10ft long materials. Your vehicle must accommodate these materials and must be reliable. This is a contracted position (1099), therefore, it is required of the technician to have the following in place before receiving payment. If you do not currently have the following you may apply.
