Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Excavation Tech to join our team. This position involves working with our underground utility team. No prior experience is required- this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in underground construction with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with installation and repair of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, etc.) Perform general labor tasks such as trenching, shoveling, pipe handling, and site cleanup Operate excavation equipment and machinery (training provided) under supervision Follow safety protocols and company procedures on all job sites Support crew members and supervisors in day-to-day operations Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition Learn and apply technical skills related to excavation and underground utility work
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
