In this role, you'll be working alongside experienced technicians to service and maintain commercial washing machines in restaurants. This is a great opportunity for someone who isn't afraid to put in the effort and is looking to build a long-term career with growth potential. The ideal candidate will be dependable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a technician role with significant earning potential. As a Technician/Trainee, you'll be responsible for: Assisting technicians with the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial washing machines Loading, unloading, and moving equipment and tools Hnds-on technical skills from experienced team members Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Supporting delivery, installation, and general field operations Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the trade What you'll need: 3-4+ years of technician experience Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and troubleshooting equipment Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (no pending tickets) Ability to pass a clean background check Bilingual candidates encouraged CDL Class A/B/C is a strong plus (waives testing requirement for CDL C) Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Comfortable working in restaurant environments Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus! Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Desire to grow into a technician role

Perks:

Starting pay of $20/hour

Career Growth Opportunities:

Within 3-12 months (once license is passed), if eligible for a base salary of $60,000 + commissions. Able to get promoted to technician as soon as 6-12 months. Most first-year employees earn $60,000-$80,000 CDL License C will be provided/paid for. Study materials will be provided Great company & culture to work for!
