Whether you're a recent trade school graduate or someone with hands-on mechanical experience, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities to help you become a professional Powersports Technician. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports vehicles. Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs. Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs). Install accessories and manufacturer-approved upgrades. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards. Work closely with the service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Participate in ongoing manufacturer and in-house training. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude. Passion for motorcycles and powersports. Trade school education or mechanical experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license required. Motorcycle endorsement is a plus but not required. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
