This position offers you the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a tight-knit country dealership backed by 43 years of local success. You will escape the corporate atmosphere while leading shop operations with complete personal integrity in a beautiful South Central location. How You Will Make an Impact Lead repair, maintenance, and diagnostic workflows for Ford and other vehicles. Direct daily shop activities with absolute honesty, serving as the lead technical anchor for the service department. Mentor junior technicians to foster strong team chemistry and raise technical standards across the shop. Troubleshoot complex electrical, engine, and powertrain issues on specialized equipment to ensure minimal downtime. Collaborate with service management to streamline job scheduling, parts procurement, and workflow efficiency. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols while maintaining top-tier quality control on every job. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing. Active Ford Certification and specialized manufacturer training credentials. Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification. Demonstrated leadership qualities rooted in personal character, transparency, and professional integrity. Position is 100% onsite in Reedsburg, WI. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience leading service shop operations or managing technician workflows in a dealership setting. Extensive technical knowledge across civil construction, industrial, and agricultural machinery. Advanced safety training certifications including OSHA, fall protection, or lift operations.
