Job Overview:

Associates Degree in Gunsmithing required. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gunsmith to join our team. As a Gunsmith, you will be responsible for repairing, modifying, and maintaining firearms. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a strong knowledge of firearms.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect firearms to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or modifications
• Disassemble firearms and clean all parts thoroughly
• Repair or replace damaged or worn firearm components
• Install accessories or custom parts according to customer specifications
• Test firearms to ensure proper functionality and accuracy
• Provide customer service by answering questions and offering advice on firearm maintenance and safety
• Keep accurate records of repairs, modifications, and customer interactions

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of firearms, including different types, models, and manufacturers
• Proficient in using gunsmithing tools and equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and precision in performing repairs and modifications
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide guidance on firearm maintenance and safety Please note that this is not an entry-level position.
