This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with complex electronic and electrical systems, providing essential service and support to healthcare providers. Your expertise will directly impact patient care by maintaining the reliability and safety of life-saving equipment. We are seeking motivated candidates with an engineering backgroup who thrive in field service environments and are passionate about troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing high-tech medical devices. Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, calibration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of linear accelerators and associated electronic systems. Utilize diagnostic tools, electrical schematics, blueprints, and schematics to identify issues within AC/DC electrical systems and electronic equipment. Conduct detailed electrical diagnostics using multimeters, ohmmeters, soldering tools, and other electronic testing instruments to pinpoint faults. Repair or replace faulty electrical components, including circuit boards, power supplies, motors, and control modules while adhering to safety standards. Interpret engineering troubleshooting procedures and electronic system troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex technical problems efficiently. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting all activities performed during field visits. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with healthcare staff regarding equipment status and repair timelines. Requirements Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting methods for AC/DC systems and electronic systems troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and schematic diagrams for complex equipment repair. Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, ohmmeters, soldering irons, and computer hardware diagnostics. Familiarity with computer networking concepts relevant to medical device connectivity and operation. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills for engaging with healthcare professionals. Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
