This role requires strong expertise in Mitsubishi PLC systems and a hands-on, customer-facing approach to industrial equipment servicing. Key Responsibilities Provide warranty maintenance, retrofitting, and after-sales technical support for equipment installed at client sites, ensuring stable and reliable operation. Strictly follow client site regulations and protocols; respond promptly and effectively to urgent issues outside of normal working hours. Submit daily work reports to the regional team lead, detailing tasks completed, progress, issues encountered, and the following day's work plan. Support the regional team lead in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and collecting service feedback; proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and improve their experience. Organize and maintain on-site service documentation and records; report equipment status and client needs to the regional team lead in a timely manner. Continuously learn company products, technical skills, and service standards to enhance professional expertise. Qualifications Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Automation or a related field. Proficiency with Mitsubishi PLC systems required. Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical repair skills. Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Ability to work independently on-site and respond to urgent after-hours issues. Willingness to travel to client sites within the Georgia region as needed.
